All work for the Project shall be in accordance with the Specifications prepared by the Owner. Bids shall be submitted for furnishing, delivering and installing all materials, equipment and services, including labor for the work, which generally involves the following activities: Removal and replacement of 5 (five) complete bay door assemblies to include panel doors, operator with remote, entry keypads where existing, weatherstripping, struts, lock, track and hardware, springs, photo eyes, etc. for the following door sizes: Quantity 2 (two) 213 x 101 door. Color red. Quantity 1 (one) 140 x 141 door. Color red. Quantity 2 (two) 122 x 101 door. Color red. The Owner reserves the right to adjust the scope and limits of construction at any time during the bidding or execution of the Work.
