Pool Information: Approximately a 21,000 gallon pool. The pool is an irregular kidney shape. It is 18” deep with sloping edges. Its 23’ at its widest and 13’ at its narrowest point. At the North end is the rock feature, which also hides the mechanics and electricity on the opposite side. A water source and hose are available. A small water feed is located in the pool as well. Two water filter buckets for catching debris are located a few feet from either side of the bridge, which bisects the pool evenly. There are several filters inset in the pool near the waterfall and under the bridge. It has a step up creating a small waterfall. There was a larger, rock waterfall that no longer operates – so it is now a ‘rock feature’. There is a step up area of 15’ x 23’, then another 80’ that wraps around. The primary objectives of these services are as follows: Regular Inspection: Conduct inspections two times each week to assess the overall condition of the pool and system. Check for debris, algae growth, and any signs of damage to the pool structure/system. Cleaning and Debris Removal: Remove debris such as leaves, branches, and any other materials from the pool. Utilize appropriate tools and equipment for safe and efficient debris removal. Ensure both water filter debris buckets are cleaned and maintained. Water Quality Management: Monitor water quality parameters including pH levels, dissolved oxygen, and clarity. Implement necessary measures to maintain optimal water quality. Provide recommendations to Museum Manager or Designee for any required adjustments to water treatments. Structural Maintenance: Inspect and report on the condition of the pool concrete basin, edges, and other structural elements. Address any minor repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Provide written recommendation and quote for any repairs needed outside this scope of work. Coordinate with the Museum Manager or Designee for any repairs if necessary.
