The Village of Morton Grove is a community of 25,297 people within Cook County. The Village seeks a State of Illinois qualified firm to provide advocacy services on behalf of Morton Grove stakeholders. It is expected that the selected qualified firm will provide guidance on key legislative and executive branch initiatives and develop a plan to promote Morton Grove through these processes. The qualified firm should be able to demonstrate relationships and a working knowledge of the Federal Government, State of Illinois, Cook County, and surrounding communities’ operations. The qualified vendor should be well informed of funding opportunities through Federal and State sources and be able to develop and implement a plan to assist the Village in receiving resources from these prospects
