Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide 114 regular portable toilets units and 16 handicapped units with hand sanitizers in each unit. A pump truck to be left in Thurmont both days to take care of any emergency situations and also to service 12 of these units that will be placed at 10 Frederick Rd. as needed during both days. All units to be cleaned and serviced Saturday Evening. Personnel available both days to make sure units are always supplied with toilet paper and in good condition. Provide special trash pickup for the weekend. Collection will be after 6:30 p.m. on October 11th & 12th 2025. Must have a separate truck to pickup cardboard and mixed paper along with commingled recyclables to be recycled. Supply two (2) roll off dumpsters behind 10 Frederick Rd. *PLEASE NOTE: Trash services and portable toilets must be bid together and cannot be split. Bids will be reviewed as a “lump sum” bid for both services. Potential bidders are permitted to utilize a sub-contractor for bidding purposes. 2. Provide 9 regular buses and 2 wheelchair accessible buses on Saturday, October 11th from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 regular buses and 2 wheelchair buses on Sunday, October 12th from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Drivers will assist with distributing Colorfest brochures and information to passengers, boarding and disembarking at stops. The company must be registered and authorized with the Maryland Public Service Commission to operate charter school buses and must provide an insurance certificate for our records. 3. Provide Security Services for the 2025 Colorfest Weekend
