Scope of Services The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) requires a professional Architectural and/or Engineer (A&E) consultant design for the Colorado Army National Guard (COARNG) JFHQ 1 story Building, 6848 S Revere Parkway, Centennial CO 80112. As part of the project scope, we require the design of a new breakroom that complies with all codes adopted by Colorado’s State Buildings Programs. The complete list of codes is available on the ‘Office of the State Architect’ website This project involves the renovation of an existing commercial kitchen to convert it into a functional breakroom, along with the renovation of the existing bathroom to meet all codes adopted by Colorado’s State Buildings Programs and the 2023 Colorado Bill HB23-1057 defining Amenities for All Genders in Public Buildings. The scope includes the removal of most commercial kitchen equipment, installation of new cabinetry compliant with ADA regulations, addition of breakroom furniture, a new refrigerator, and replacement of the RTU HVAC system.
