Design and Infrastructure Development The Supplier shall: Develop and document the Kaizen Teian program structure and implementation plan, including the following elements: o Identification of pilot-area leaders and key stakeholder roles. o A formal program rollout plan. o A standardized Kaizen submission process. o Kaizen board structure and selection of pilot locations. o Individual evaluation metrics for Kaizen proposals. o A reward and recognition framework to encourage participation. o System health indicators and tracking metrics. o A comprehensive standard operating procedure (SOP) for program execution. Division-Wide Training and Implementation The Supplier shall: Certify a minimum of 8 internal UCF trainers capable of delivering Kaizen Teian instruction and supporting long-term sustainment. Facilitate phased implementation across the division and monitor system performance, engagement, and adoption. Deliver Kaizen Teian training to all remaining employee groups, scheduled in alignment with operational readiness and staffing availability. Long-Term Sustainment and Cultural Integration The Supplier shall: Ensure UCF is prepared for full internal ownership by confirming that certified trainers, documented processes, and tracking systems are in place to support ongoing sustainment without external support. Deliver additional Kaizen Teian training as needed to complete divisional coverage and ensure full knowledge transfer. Finalize and deliver the comprehensive Kaizen SOP, incorporating validated processes for long-term internal use. Provide coaching and implementation support, including onsite sessions, remote follow-ups, and leadership engagement, to validate system use, address challenges, and reinforce cultural adoption through audit and feedback mechanisms.
