The proposed facility improvements include: Removal of the existing building exterior and replacement with energy-efficient materials. Infill existing interior stairwells at Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB), installation new gate podiums, and install new exterior stairways for ground gate access. Install new Gate Information Displays (GIDs), Flight Information Displays (FIDs), and wayfinding. Reconfigure existing and create new Information Technology (IT) rooms for improved airport connectivity and security. Replace inefficient and aged Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) equipment to improve airflow and quality within the concourse. The following items are considered as the minimum scope of work to be performed by the CMAR. The final scope of work will be negotiated with the selected CMAR and dependent upon project financing. The proposed facility improvements may be accelerated, delayed, or cancelled at the GFIAA’s discretion.
