South Carolina State University shall acquire a provider of Executive Style Portable Restroom Trailer Rentals for SCSU home Football Games in the 2025 Season. Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to provide, transport & deliver, set-up, and remove restrooms as specified. SCSU may provide access to electricity, water, and sewer. The Scope of Work shall be as follows: A. Contractor shall provide 2 (each) executive style portable restrooms: a. Each shall have at least 8-10 stalls or receptacles in the form of urinals or toilets (however appropriate). If accessible to the space, offerors may choose to bid smaller restrooms in larger quantities in order to meet the requirement for 8-10 stalls. b. One shall be designated for men and shall have 8-10 receptacles in the form of urinals and toilets. Urinals shall be arranged and separated in a manner, which allow for discretion. Toilets shall be enclosed in walls, with locking doors and allow for total privacy c. One shall be designated for women and shall have 8-10 stalls for total privacy. d. Toilets and urinals shall allow for flushing. e. Restrooms shall be appropriately lit and ventilated. f. Restrooms shall have sinks with running water for handwashing. B. Rentals shall be for a 24-hour period. Contractor shall deliver and install restrooms each game day by 8:00 a.m. to meet the following game day schedules: Saturday – August 30, 2025 Saturday – September 13, 2025 Saturday – October 4, 2025 (delivery must be made Thursday October 2 to avoid Homecoming traffic) Saturday – November 1, 2025 Saturday – November 8, 2025 Friday & Saturday – December 5-8, 2025 (SC High School League finals – subject to change)
