The contracted laboratory will provide analytical services on an as-needed basis, with all requested services conducted at the contractor’s facility. The laboratory will supply all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to fulfill the terms of this agreement and will maintain the appropriate accreditation to perform the tasks specified in this contract. The analyses will include Air Samples, Vegetation Samples, Water Samples, Soil Samples, Sediment Samples, Pesticide Formulation Samples, and Tank Mix Samples, with a particular focus on determining the concentration of Btk in these samples. For the purposes of this contract: • “Analysis” refers to the process of separating any material or abstract entity into its constituents. • “Sample” refers to a portion of material selected from a larger quantity to be representative of the whole.
