This project is crucial for establishing a citywide asset management program built on a unified geospatial environment. The primary goal is to capture and manage infrastructure asset data across multiple programs, including various Public Works Department (PWD) assets such as sidewalks, roadways, green infrastructure, utility cuts, and Public Improvement Commission (PIC) items. Through this contract, the City seeks to build geospatial layers utilizing a City-owned instance of ESRI ArcGIS. The aim is to create comprehensive layers and a dashboard to inventory physical assets and facilitate the collection, analysis, and reporting of asset condition data on an annual basis. The specific assets requiring individual layers are: pavement, sidewalk, pavement markings, PIC, green infrastructure, and utility cuts in the public way.
