The County of Camden is requesting professional services including, but not limited to the following services related to Site Remediation and the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA): Prepare and Submit Construction Project Licensed Site Remediation Form Conduct Due Diligence on Project Area to determine known contaminated sites. Conduct Pre-Construction Sampling, where due diligence indicates it is necessary. Prepare a Materials Management Plan. The Materials Management Plan must be consistent with the NJDEP’s Linear Construction Program Guidance, January 2012 as amended, or consistent with any NJDEP requirements for materials management plan. Provide onsite oversight, as needed, during any remedial activities. Provide Project Management as needed. o Provide guidance and consultation on status of due diligence, sampling and analysis, and materials management issues to Camden County during any construction project.
