Option A: Bottled Water and Cooler Rental 1. Equipment: Contractor is to furnish Energy Star rated new or reconditioned equipment in like new condition. The contractor shall repair or replace any defective water cooler units same day or within 24 hours after receiving a phone call from the appropriate location representative. No charges for the repair, replacement, service, travel and/or other expenses will be made to or accepted by the County. Water coolers include three (3) types of coolers, cold tap only, hot and cold taps, and hot/cold with mini refrigerator. 2. Cup Dispensers: The County owns and services all cup dispensers; therefore, cups are not to be included with County deliveries. 3. Spring bottled water: a. Shall be available in either three (3) or five (5) gallon bottles as selected by the using department/division/agency; b. Must comply with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and all applicable state requirements for purity. 4. Free Samples: The County will not pay for any drink mixes which may be distributed by delivery personnel as “free samples”. They shall not be included in this bid and therefore shall not be delivered to any County or County Park facility.
