Install approximately 195 linear ft of 6 ft tall, 5-inch-thick pre-fabricated concrete wall with two (2) 20ft 4ft tall end sections to comply with setback requirements for a total length of approximately 235ft with the associated columns at 5 ft intervals. The installation location is on the north to south property line at 215 N 3rd St., Lantana, FL 33462. Installation shall comply with manufacturer’s specifications. Contractor is required to furnish design drawings to obtain a building permit to comply with the Florida Building Code Contractor is required to prep the fence line, i.e., to a construction quality grade, to maintain a consistent 6 ft. tall height. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and all other necessary incidentals required to perform the work.
