The CCSB seeks to procure a contract with a qualified Respondent who can install new professional audio-visual (“AV”) equipment and accessories, provide support and maintenance of the newly upgraded AV system, and provide AV training to CCSB staff upon completion of installation and verification of technical issues. CCSB intends to implement a modern, integrated AV system that leverages existing infrastructure while introducing new capabilities. The system must be intuitive, reliable, and scalable, with a focus on high-quality audio and video delivery. Proposed recommendations for this refresh should be a solid system utilizing cutting-edge AV technology that aligns with industry standards and can run for years with as little downtime or repair, as can be designed.
