The Work comprises the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be performed hereunder consist of but not be limited to Mobilization/Demobilization; Traffic Control, Safety and Cleanup; Storm Water Best Management Practices (BMPs); unclassified excavation and disposal; cold mill existing asphalt concrete (AC) parking lot, construct AC parking lot pavement, new concrete pavement, remove and reconstruct sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, curbs, installation of parking lot striping, signage, and all incidental work so indicated on the specifications, and required for the proposed improvements.
