The Waltham Housing Authority (WHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Trade Services repairs and maintenance as needed on a day-to-day basis at various public housing developments owned and operated by the Waltham Housing Authority in accordance with the documents prepared by the Waltham Housing Authority. The contractor shall be required to supply a work force large enough to complete the work requested by the WHA in a timely manner with the least amount of disruption to the tenant. The contractor shall be on call 24/7 and shall provide the name(s) of key personnel and contact number(s). The work must be started immediately and must be completed without interruption. Failure to address the work as quickly as possible will result in the termination of the contract.
