The Town of Belmont is seeking the services of an on-call supplier of turf seed, soil amendments, fertilizers, and plant protectants, as well as support with regulatory compliance, agronomic data management, and other knowledge-based services. The actual quantities of each item to be purchased for each contract term will be based on the DPW & Parks Division’s need. However, for bidding purposes the Town is requesting a per unit price based on estimated quantities. Seed, soil amendments, and turf fertilizers must be packaged in 50 lbs. bags unless stated otherwise. Safety data sheets and label information must be provided for all products contained in the bidder’s submission. The Vendor must provide references from 5 municipal clients with similar scopes of service and acreage maintained.
