The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the existing windows in Building CF at the Clarkston campus. New window units will be installed throughout the building. New blinds will be installed at all applicable window locations, with blackout shades provided in designated areas only. The project also includes the repair or replacement of any damaged window sills and blind pockets, as necessary. Additionally, any area impacted during the installation process will be repaired and painted to match the existing finishes. All work shall be performed as indicated on the drawings, including any required architectural modifications necessary to complete the scope of work, along with any other items specified in the contract documents.
