The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking to contract with a qualified vendor to provide career exploration assessment services including an assessment and individual career exploration reports. The assessment must identify careers, strengths, stress behaviors, motivational needs, and an ideal work environment for Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) customers. The assessment must be applicable but not limited to customers with autism, attention-deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), intellectual developmental delays, and learning disabilities. Individual reports for the career exploration assessment should include a report that is easy to read and interpret. Vendor will provide a report that will contain practical, personalized, and specific information on the VR customer.
