Work of the contract is for the construction of a Ground Storage Tank, Booster Pump Station Concrete Block Building for Electrical and Chlorine facilities, Hydropneumatic Tank, Water lines, Access road, Fencing and all related equipment and appurtenances to make a complete Water Pumping Station, hereafter called the “Plant”. The proposed project includes: Furnish and install all electrical as shown on the Plans and described in the Specifications, necessary to make the Plant fully functional and operational, complete and in place; Construction of a 100,000 gallon Powder Coated Ground Storage Tank, complete with all appurtenances, complete and in place; Construction of a new 24 foot by 12 foot Concrete Block building, compete Chlorine Disinfection facilities, Air Compressor, Electrical Room with Motor Control System, Generator Manual Transfer Switch, and all other lights, wiring, piping, valves and other appurtenances necessary to make the Plant fully functional and operational, complete and in place; Construction of new Booster Pumps, compete with Three (3) 500-gpm Booster Pumps, wiring, piping, valves and other appurtenances necessary to make the Booster Pumps fully functional and operational, complete and in place; Construction of a new 2,500 gallon Hydropneumatic Tank, with all controls and foundations, complete and in place...
