• Development of a comprehensive SAP in alignment with US Department of Transportation SS4A guidelines. • Community engagement and stakeholder outreach. • Review and analysis of existing transportation safety data, plans, and relevant documents. • Identification and analysis of high-risk corridors and crash data. • Formulation of vision, goals, and actionable strategies to eliminate traffic-related deaths and serious injuries. • Prioritization of recommended projects, policies, and programs. • Coordination with City staff and the public throughout plan development. • Preparation of deliverables, including draft and final reports. • Presentation of findings and recommendations to City leadership and stakeholders.
