Facilitate initial working sessions for each strategic goal area. 2. Provide framework/templates for breaking goals in objectives. 3. Coach teams on developing metrics and success indicators. iv. Task 4 – Draft Strategic Plan Development 1. Write the full plan, integrating all session outputs. 2. Provide a polished, structured, and logically organized document. 3. Draft performance measures for the organization as a whole, including department specific measures or KPIs. 4. Offer design/graphics support for presentation-quality output. v. Task 5 – Staff Review & Finalization Workshop 1. Facilitate review session and guide discussion on refining the plan. 2. Refine objectives for clarity and focus. 3. Incorporate feedback into the final version.
