Channel grading and shape restoration along approximately 1.25 miles of the All American Wash, installation of riprap grade stabilization/grade control structures at various locations along the same 1.25 miles of All American Wash and near the Whitehorse subdivision near Lipizzan Jump cul-de-sac, installation of articulating concrete block mat near the Whitehorse subdivision and existing crossings on the All American Wash, and construction of concrete headwalls and wingwalls at Heaven and Chapman road crossings on All American Wash. Installation of new steel arch structures to be performed concurrently by county. Construction elements include excavation, site grading, backfill, riprap installation, articulating concrete block mat installation, and concrete headwall/wingwall construction.
