A. Project Initiation and Oversight a. Conduct an initial intake meeting with MCSO to define goals, timeline, and deliverables b. Assign a dedicated Project Manager to lead and oversee all recruitment efforts B. Candidate Sourcing and Screening a. Utilize a multi-faceted sourcing strategy to identify candidates, including databases, job postings, cold-calling, and targeted outreach b. Screen all candidates to assess qualifications, interest, and suitability c. Submit all qualified and interested candidates’ resumes/applications to MCSO C. Candidate Support Throughout the Entire Hiring Process a. Assist candidates with online applications, interview scheduling, and reminders b. Assist candidates with completion of the Personal History Statement, workforce testing, agility testing, and background checks c. Maintain active communication with candidates at each step D. Progress Reporting a. Provide weekly status updates and candidate tracking via the assigned Project Manager
