The SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (SCDOT) requests a letter of interest and a current resume of qualifications from all interested consulting firms experienced in providing Alternative Delivery Support Engineering Services on an on-call basis necessary for the preparation of engineering services, support during procurement, and design review services in South Carolina. Requested services include but are not limited to: project management, surveys, subsurface utility engineering, utility coordination, hydrology/hydraulic design, roadway design, structural design, bridge inspection and condition assessment, subsurface investigation and geotechnical design, right of way, environmental documentation, permitting, traffic engineering, railroad coordination, construction cost estimating, life-cycle cost analysis, hazardous material assessments, support during procurement, design review services, grant writing services, risk assessment, and other related duties deemed necessary.
