The University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System (UI Health), on behalf of its Human Resources Department, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors (“Proposers”) to provide an annual engagement survey platform tool. The selected Contractor will work collaboratively with UI Health to deliver a comprehensive solution that measures key workforce indicators including employee and physician engagement, alignment, diversity, resilience (burnout), workplace violence, nursing excellence, quality, and patient safety. The Contractor must demonstrate experience in administering healthcare-specific engagement surveys and provide robust support for front-line leaders in interpreting survey results and developing action plans. The solution should include dynamic reporting capabilities, embedded best practices for improving engagement, and seamless integration with existing systems, including but not limited to Cornerstone, Smartsheet, and Banner.
