Commercial Combi Ovens – Double Stack, Gas & Electric (Quantity: 6 Double-Stack Units / 12 Ovens Total) Greenville Public Schools is seeking six (6) commercialgrade combi oven units, each configured as a doublestacked set (for a total of twelve [12] ovens). Each doublestack unit must meet the following specifications: • Combination cooking modes: steam, convection, and combi • Natural gas for cooking, with 208/240V, 60Hz, singlephase (1-ph) electric connection for controls and operation • Each oven capacity: o (6) full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, or o (12) 12" x 20" steam table pans, or o (6) 1/1 GN pans (Total per double-stack: 12 sheet pans / 24 steam pans / 12 GN pans) • Includes stacking kit for safe, code-compliant installation • Stainless steel interior and exterior for durability and sanitation • Programmable controls with digital or touchscreen interface • Internal temperature probe and humidity control • Self-cleaning function preferred • NSF certified and ENERGY STAR® rated
