2.1 Public Housing, Palm Centre and Affordable Housing 2.1.1 Inspections cannot be conducted on the first five days of the month nor on Fridays. 2.1.2 Coordination of property schedule. 2.1.3 Communication with Director of Housing, Asset Managers and Housing Managers only for NSPIRE. 2.1.4 Communication with Director of Affordable Housing and corresponding Property Managers for Affordable Housing and low market rent properties. 2.1.5 Inspections shall cover all inspectable areas: Units, Inside, Outside, with required corrections times. (24, 30, 60, NA) 2.1.6 All inspections conducted will be in accordance with HUD REAC Standards or the Local Building Code, whichever is more stringent. 2.1.7 List all failed items. 2.1.8 Prepare and submit a Summary report by unit inspected. Prepare and submit the failed items in the form of a Work Order Request. 2.1.9 Identify Life Threatening Emergency and 24-hour defect report on the same day of inspection.
