Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Facilities have used the TMA Facilities Work Order systems since approximately 2002 because of an issued RFP process. Facilities Maintenance recently upgraded the current version to a SaaS hosted solution in the cloud. This hosted solution provides immediate patching of security, bug fixes and feature improvements. This robust integrated system controls work process such as input and tracking of work order requests from across the campus to include project management tracking, routine maintenance tracking of maintenance items to include (vehicles to highly specialized HVAC systems like the Geothermal wells and pumping system). The system is also used to track all inventory of maintenance items and provides an internal charge back system that ties work orders to actual project costs.
