The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to design, stylize and maintain the Resiliency Florida materials and website for learning resources created by the Department and brand maintenance as part of the Resiliency Florida initiative. The selected Contractor will be responsible for the comprehensive brand development and delivery of Resiliency Florida materials that will support educators in building resiliency in schools and communities across Florida. These materials will equip educators with the tools and strategies needed to promote resilience in students. In addition to brand development and delivery of materials, the vendor will be tasked with managing the project timeline, coordinating strategic communications and ensuring brand consistency across materials. The Contractor will also play a key role in developing digital outreach materials and strategies to drive awareness and engagement with the Resiliency Florida initiative as well as maintaining a current website and volunteer training course. The Department seeks a Contractor that can deliver a high-quality, impactful learning experience, contribute to ongoing improvements, and foster a collaborative environment with Department staff.
