1. Provide and install a new PLC cabinet with HMI touchscreen and updated wiring. 2. Program PLC and integrate with all Cannon snowmaking systems and control valves. 3. Supply instrumentation and sensors for pressure, temperature, level, and pump monitoring. 4. Configure PostgreSQL server with updated communication drivers and data logging. 5. Provide secure cloud access for remote system monitoring. 6. Include panel space for future expansion. 7. Install (4) Ethernet weather stations linked to snow base. 8. Develop digital maps of hydrants, J-houses, and dead heads. 9. Upgrade control software for Primary and Booster Pump Houses. 10. Replace Dell workstation and monitors in Primary Pump House. 11. Install 75” touchscreen in snow base breakroom for real-time display. 12. Integrate Centac, Joy One/Two, and Cameron compressors into PLC system. 13. Establish a reliable communication link between snow base and Compressor Building. 14. Install refrigerated air dryer to service entire system. 15. Must be able to provide local on-site support for troubleshooting services.
