Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to drill and set two (2) new 6-inch gravel packed screen irrigation well to a depth of 150 feet, including mobilization and set up of drilling equipment per well. Work shall include the removal and abandonment of the existing 6-inch wells in accordance with Florida Department of Health (FDOH) guidelines, including obtaining all required permits and submitting completion reports. The scope also includes acquisition of a Water Use Permit, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) well construction permit, and Palm Beach County Health Department (PBCHD) construction permit. Consideration for indemnification shall be included in accordance with contract requirements. Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) shall be provided in compliance with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) standards as necessary throughout the project duration.
