University Lands (UL) manages the surface and mineral interests of 2.1 million acres of land across nineteen counties in West Texas for the benefit of the Permanent University Fund (PUF). The PUF is one of the largest university endowments in the United States and benefits more than twenty educational and health institutions. University Lands is looking for a helicopter service provider capable of carrying a minimum of two passengers to conduct surveys for wildlife counts, livestock audits, along with oil field surveillance across the 2.1 million acres of land owned by the University of Texas Board of Regents and managed by University Lands. The work will be performed throughout various times of the year and up to 225 total hours of flight time per year. Terrain varies from flat to mountainous, with some elevations exceeding 5,500 feet.
