Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC (CNE) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to complete the work herein. The Roland Hotel and Casino – Roland, OK 323,000 square foot facility with 120 hotel rooms, 840+ electronic games, 8 table games, dining venues, meeting spaces and stage venues. This project is limited to the replacement of the natural gas supply piping within the existing central plant. The intent of the project is to improve natural gas flow to the existing boilers by increasing the pipe size and replacing existing regulators. Generally, the bidder is responsible for the following: 1. Contractor to coordinate with Owner required shutdown(s). Shutdown(s) to occur outside of normal business hours, 0200 – 0800 hours on a Monday. a. Shutdown is required to install new 4-inch valve and tee. b. Contractor shall maintain at least two operational boilers during the work of the project. 2. Replace regulator of Boiler B1 with new Maxitrol 210G. Contractor to verify correct configuration for inlet and outlet pressures. 3. Replace regulator of Boiler B2 with Owner provided Maxitrol 210G. Contractor to verify correct configuration for inlet and outlet pressures. 4. Maintain a valved connection for future boiler. Current configuration utilizes a future connection. 5. Protect all existing finishes, equipment and openings prior to beginning work. 6. Contractor shall take all precautions to protect Owner employees and property, guests and guest property, and all adjacent surfaces from damage. Contractor shall be liable for any damage to same. 7. Contractor shall conduct daily clean-up of their work areas to the satisfaction of the Owner. 8. Contractor’s proposal shall include the cost of providing dumpster(s) as needed.
