The required services to be provided are monthly pest control and as-needed pest control treatment for Brenham State Supported Living Center. Monthly services to include but not limited to the following: a) Provide building treatment to control roaches, common ants, flying ants, silver fish, fleas, ticks, bugs, mites, common spiders, moths, wasps, crickets, grasshopper, and scorpions. b) Provide building treatment and control of rats, mice, and bats, including burrows of rats and mice, and ant hills, including fire ant hills located on any portion of Brenham State Supported Living Center. As-needed services to include but not limited to the following: a) Facility grounds treatment to control roaches, common ants, flying ants, silver fish, fleas, ticks, bugs, mites, common spiders, moths, wasps, crickets, grasshopper, scorpions, rats, mice, and bats, including burrows of rats and mice, and ant hills. b) Provide treatment for bed bug infestation of an entire building or the treatment of a single room. c) Capture and removal of honeybees. d) Treatment for the effective control of flies, mosquitoes, and other flying insects in stagnant pools of water around all buildings. e) Provide treatment for termites within Brenham State Supported Living Center buildings. Contractor shall provide either rodding/trenching treatment or drilling treatment for termites. Contractor shall obtain approval from Plant Management Maintenance of method before starting treatment.
