DCSS is seeking to procure the services of a qualified supplier to provide Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) services for the duration of the modernization effort. To support the system modernization effort, DCSS plans to procure DDI, Quality Assurance (QA), Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), and Project Management Office (PMO) services through qualified suppliers. This Scope of Work (SOW) defines the DDI supplier (“supplier”) responsibilities and deliverables to include requirements analysis, design, system development and configuration, change control procedures / software configuration management and initial systems and integration testing and training. The DDI supplier will manage a pilot and statewide rollout(s) and support the State through the federal certification process. The DDI supplier will also provide maintenance and operations support for the Modernized System.
