Texas A&M is seeking qualified vendors to provide professional printing and secure mailing of diplomas for graduating students, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality presentation. The selected vendor will be responsible for the following: Diploma Printing: Print diplomas on institution-approved paper stock. Include official seals, signatures, and other security features. Offer reprint services for lost or damaged diplomas. Mailing Services: Package diplomas in protective mailers to prevent damage. Address and mail diplomas to domestic and international recipients. Provide tracking information for each shipment. Handle returned or undeliverable mail. Data Management: Securely receive and manage graduate data (names, degrees, honors, mailing addresses). Ensure data privacy and compliance with FERPA or other applicable regulations. Customer Support: Provide support for students and staff regarding delivery issues or reprints. Offer a portal or contact method for inquiries and status updates. Vendor must ensure 100% accuracy in name spelling, degree titles, and honors. Damaged or incorrect diplomas must be reprinted and resent at no additional cost.
