GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: Brand Thermo-Kool or approved equal. Walk-in specified shall be prefabricated modular construction. It shall be designed and constructed to allow fast and easy field assembly, disassembly, relocation and enlargement by the addition of like modular panels. Walk-in shall be designed and constructed as shown on the plan. The overall exterior size of the walk-in freezer shall be approximately 13 ft 10 in wide x 23 ft 8 in deep x 9 ft O in high. Freezer section interior size shall be approximately 13 ft 2 in wide x 23 ft 0 in deep x 8 ft 4 in high. Allmeasurements must be field verified prior to construction by the dealer. Due to the unit being an outside unit two beams with concealed posts in the walls and one exposed post in the middle running the 13'10" direction. The beams shall be installed roughly 8' apart.
