Armor 3- layer system: o Application of OBIC Armor or acceptable equivalent multi-layer lining of 428 SQFT. o Additional Leak stopping that is needed. o Concrete primer to be applied before application. o Mobilization to the job site. o Manufacturer must be OBIC, LLC or acceptable equivalent. o City of Tulsa will mitigate and bypass all wastewater flows to the wet well for the duration of installation. o Installation shall not last longer than eight (8) hours and must be started/finished between 0700 and 1700, Monday-Thursday of any given week. o Installation shall not occur on City-observed holidays or weekends. o Installation shall not occur during severe or wet weather conditions totaling more than 1/4" of rainfall. o Dimensions of the wet well are listed on the SA 69-215 attachment on page 11 (4' wide x 13'10" long x 7'10" deep).
