1. The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, vehicles, equipment, and supplies necessary to either collect and destroy on-site, or transport to a secure off-site facility, the Department’s confidential material for document destruction. Materials shall be collected from the sites listed Section 7D, below. 2. The Contractor shall be required to provide or maintain a sufficient number of containers with lockable covers, which shall be labeled “confidential.” 3. Materials to be collected will consist of mixed paper products as described in Section 7E of these specifications. The Contractor shall be responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of the contents of the materials submitted for destruction, as well as ensuring that the information contained in the materials cannot be used or released to any unauthorized persons. The Contractor shall provide documentation (i.e. a certificate of destruction) to certify that the confidential material has been properly destroyed. When the Contractor picks up confidential materials stored in containers from a site, the Contractor shall provide the site with replacement containers at the time of removal. 4. Hours of Service. The normal business hours under this Contract shall be 8:00AM to 4:00PM, from Monday through Friday...
