The solution shall include, but not limited to, the following: 1. The ability to track and monitor the artificial intelligence systems and identify key elements of the systems to include, but not limited to, updates, new entries, dates, requestor, costs, progress reports, etc. 2. The ability to obtain reporting and analytics of the artificial intelligence systems in real-time that allows for a comprehensive review and inspection of the systems 3. Workflow management that allows COT administrators the ability to assign, review, approve/disapprove the artificial intelligence systems. 4. An approval process to include a registry and inventory of applications, use case, and decision rationale aimed at mitigation of risks. 5. The ability to create an output that is accessible by citizens and businesses. 6. Allow for multi-tenancy functionality. 7. Support role-based access that would allow agencies to maintain their artificial intelligence submissions to update their use cases, costs, and outcomes. 8. Ensures transparency, accountability and justification for each artificial intelligence system. 9. Protect and secure all data within the artificial intelligence systems and not allow for unrestricted access. 10.Allow for timeframe for data retention of the artificial intelligence systems. 11.Establish technology standards to provide protocols and requirements for the use of artificial intelligence systems
