Base Scope: 1. Grow House: • Build a new detached structure for the purpose of weed and insect growth, by a concrete sidewalk, on the East side of the existing building, constructed of wood studs with stucco finish and a roof constructed from wood trusses with standing seams and metal per roof drawings. o The building will consist of four rooms and a central hallway as shown on sheet A111. The room’s wall interior will be protected by full height FRP panels. Each room will contain a hose bib, trench drain, light fixture and mechanical system as shown on M101 sheet. A utility sink will be located in the central hallway • Relocate existing sprinkler line to outside of the proposed building footprint 2. Greenhouses: • Replace polycarbonate panels on the East greenhouse – panel amount to be determined during pre-bid walk through 3. ADA Upgrades: • Provide ADA opener at main entry door at existing building • Provide various ADA updates – to be confirmed following pre-bid site walk and via addendum to IFB Alternates: 1. Provide deduction for VE alternates listed on M101 & M601 sheets 2. Provide alternatue fees for polycarbonate replacement at existing West Greenhouse, per sheet A112 details 3. Provide alternate fees for LED light fixtures in both greenhouse, re: E101 & A112 for more details. Provide alternate fees for the suspended LED light fixtures in the grow house, re; E101 & A131 for details. Lighting shall be suspended from shelving as listed under Alternate #4. If shelving alternate #4 is not accepted, lighting will be suspended from ceiling. List the fee per each grow house room separately. 4.
