A. This project includes the supply, delivery, and commissioning of a complete, factoryintegrated 4” Septage Receiving system, including a secure access terminal, metering components, data capture and control panel, as well as the management software for tracking and administering hauler transactions. B. The system shall be designed specifically for unattended septage receiving applications and must support real-time tracking of permitted users, automatic volume measurement, and seamless data upload to a centralized database accessible via network-connected administrator PCs. C. Work includes all associated piping, controls, hauler interface components, flow and measurement equipment, and factory-assembled panels.
