Phase 1: Furnishing and Installing a new 8-inch-diameter force main bypass connection assembly in the existing 8-inch-diameter force main near the pump station site; furnishing and installing four new in-line cleanout assemblies along the existing force main route (as an additive alternate); subcontracting IcePigging of the existing force main.
