The required services to be provided are: The Regional Clinical Laboratory at Austin State Hospital (RCLA) is seeking a four-year service contract for preventive maintenance, water treatment services, repairs, parts and labor for the two water systems required by the Beckman Coulter DxC700 analyzers that are currently in use at RCLA in the chemistry department. The contractor is responsible for: - Routine Service and Maintenance Visits. - Mechanical and Electrical Checks. - Operational Checks. - Collection and Analysis of Data. - Filter Replacements. - UV Lamp Replacement. - Pump Maintenance. - Calibration of Instruments. - Membrane and Loop Sanitation. - Recirculation Pump Replacement. - De-ionization Cartridge Packs as Needed. - Capsule Filter Replacement. - Emergency Call-Out Services. - The contractor is responsible for adequate disposal for all system effluent, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The current equipment includes (all quantities are two unless otherwise specified): - Medica 60 Reverse Osmosis / Polishing DI Unit-60L/hr Production. Self contained – 50 Ltr Storage. - Large box dual pretreatment cartridges – Carbon / 5 micron – 20” BBs - High Flow Upgrade Kit - 1.2 Cu. Ft Carbon – Service Vessel - Misc valves, tubing, adapters, tees
