The consultant will then develop a detailed scope and budget for each task order. KCPW-Roads will enter into an on-call agreement for geotechnical engineering services with the consulting firm(s) that can best demonstrate experience and ability to perform services that include but are not limited to: 1. Determining existing site conditions 2. Slope stability analysis 3. Field and subsurface investigations 4. Groundwater monitoring and percolation rates determination 5. Geotechnical analysis, geological assessments and geotechnical reports 6. Embankment and grading recommendations, including soil borings and soils engineering 7. Pavement investigation and design 8. Materials testing 9. Preparing seismic design recommendations 10. Preparation of plans, specifications and estimate packages 11. Any other related Geotechnical engineering services
