The Port of Anacortes(Port) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for grant management services to support administration and compliance with the Port’s $63.8 million award through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) Clean Ports Program (Clean Ports). The Port secured this funding to revitalize and grow the maritime economy at thePort of Anacortes. The project is a private-public partnership that leverages the resources, vision, and planning of multiple subrecipients. Contract maybe contingent on the availability of funds through the EPA Clean Ports Program. The Port is seeking firms to assist in grant compliance, development of Port equipment RFPs, subrecipient management and coordination, and regular and close-out reporting assistance. The Project is expected to last three years.
