C.5.2 Desktops A quantity of 40 Dell Pro Max Micro Desktops shall feature the Intel Core Ultra 5 235, 14 cores, Windows 11 Pro Operating System (English), 16GB DDR5 memory, a 512 GB SSD, SED-ready hard drive, and a 3-Year Pro-support warranty, which also includes 3-Year Accidental Damage Service. A quantity of 10 Dell Pro Max Micro Desktops shall feature the Intel Core Ultra 7 265, 20 cores, Windows 11 Pro Operating System (English), 32GB GDDR6 memory, a 512 GB SSD TLC with DRAM M.2 2280, Gen4 SED Ready Hard Drive, and a 3-Year Pro-support warranty, which also includes 3-Year Accidental Damage Service. A quantity of 50 Dell Compact Form Factor All-in-One Stands shall be purchased for each Dell Pro Max Micro Desktop ordered. A quantity of 50 Dell Pro 24 Plus Monitors (P2425H) for the 50 Dell Pro Max Micro Desktops w/3 Yr. Basic Hardware Service. C.5.3 Warranty Each Desktop and Laptop shall include ProSupport Next Business Day Onsite Service after remote diagnosis with hardware and software support for 36 months. This shall also include accidental damage coverage and Keep Your Hard Drive service.
