In general, the work involves, but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, excavation, terrace construction, waterway construction, wetland construction, neutralization of acid water and soil, erosion stabilization, and seeding. The project consists of the following approximate quantities of work: 9.0 acres of clearing and grubbing, 18,090 cubic yards of excavation, 2,025 cubic yards of undercut excavation, 7,224 cubic yards of impervious fill, 528 linear feet of tile, 126 linear feet of 48-inch diameter of steel reinforced polyethylene pipe, one 72-inch diameter steel reinforced polyethylene drop spillway, 908 ton of Class E Revetment, 8.7 acres of seeding, and miscellaneous appurtenant work normally associated with a coal mine reclamation project.
