It is the intent for Berkeley County School District to enter into a term contract with a qualified supplier to establish a source to furnish electrical supplies for the Facilities Warehouse located at 2226 Old Highway 52, Moncks Corner, SC 29461. Bulk purchases shall be made to provide an inventory of goods for daily maintenance and repair needs. Quantities listed on the bid schedule are approximate amounts purchased in the previous budget year; FY24/25. Exact quantities to be purchased on this contract are unknown. Orders shall be placed on an “as needed” basis by Berkeley County School District’s Facilities’ Warehouse. No minimum or maximum orders are guaranteed. Delivered orders are expected to arrive at the above specified location within 48 hours from receipt of order; unless notification from successful vendor of an uncontrollable circumstance occurs. (i.e.; Back order item, specialty order, delivery personal shortage, etc.) PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS; greater than or equal to a. All items must be brand new. Refurbished, recycled, or reclaimed products are not acceptable. b. All products must comply with current industry standards, current Federal regulations, and any other applicable laws, statutes, and regulations. c. Additional product specifications are included on the BID SCHEDULE. d. The District has specified a particular brand or brands that are acceptable and in some cases the District has a specific manufacturer number specified. In order to submit a valid bid form for consideration, Bidders must complete the section of the form identifying the brand by circling the name of the brand being bid. On items if only one acceptable brand being specified by the District, Bidders must have that brand name circled to assure the District that the brand requirement is acknowledged and accepted. Bid forms with missing brand information may result in disqualification. When bidding an acceptable alternate, please indicate any difference in pallet or case quantity. e.
